Terms of Use

Last updated: April 23, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and LovelyInvited (“LovelyInvited,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, digital wedding invitation service, and related features (the “Service”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using LovelyInvited, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.
  • Please notify us promptly at support@lovelyinvited.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.

3. Purchases, plans, and refunds

LovelyInvited is sold as a one-time purchase for a given wedding event (for example, “Everything included” or “Fully custom”). Prices, features, and any included design revisions are described on the pricing section of our site at the time of purchase.

  • Payment. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. You authorize us (and the processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
  • Access after purchase. Once your invitation site is published and shared, the digital service has been substantially delivered.
  • Refunds. If you are unhappy with your invitation before it has been published or shared with guests, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to make it right or issue a refund at our discretion. After the invitation has been shared or the included revisions have been used, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Design revisions. “Revisions” refer to design changes beyond updating your own information. Edits you make in your dashboard (dates, venue, wording, links, guest list) do not count against your included revisions.

4. Your content

“Your Content” means any text, names, photos, links, guest information, or other material you or your guests submit to the Service.

  • Ownership. You retain all rights in Your Content. We do not claim ownership of it.
  • License to us. You grant LovelyInvited a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and process Your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to deliver your invitation to your guests.
  • Your warranties. You represent that you have all rights and consents necessary to submit Your Content, including any photos of other people, and that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party right.
  • Guest information. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of guest contact details you add to your invitation, and for honoring any request a guest makes about their own information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful;
  • upload content that infringes another's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • upload malicious code, spam, or content that is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes hate;
  • attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt the Service, or bypass any rate limits or security measures;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or use the Service to build a competing product;
  • use the Service to send bulk commercial email or solicit products or services unrelated to your wedding;
  • misrepresent your identity, another couple's event, or your relationship to the wedding.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these rules.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, our templates, design systems, logos, and software are owned by LovelyInvited and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service to create and operate your own wedding invitation in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication.

7. Third-party services and links

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, payment processors, map providers, gift registries, or video platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features from time to time. If we make a change that materially reduces the functionality you paid for before your wedding, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you and, where appropriate, offer an alternative or refund.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, LovelyInvited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements, or that all guest messages will be delivered without delay.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LovelyInvited and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or event opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid LovelyInvited for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LovelyInvited from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use of the Service, (b) Your Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service to you is no longer commercially reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before initiating any legal proceeding. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction, unless a different forum is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we will provide more prominent notice (for example, by email or an in-product banner) before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and LovelyInvited regarding the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
